Today, for the first time in 17 months, with no assistance, and with no fear of dropping him, I lifted up my son from the ground, held him up in the air and then brought him in for a hold/hug.
I am so thankful.

Hello Aaron,
I’m sure your son enjoyed it the toss in the air as well, but for much different reasons. Continue to tosss and catch becaue you both get good feelings from the catch!!! Best wishes from the Phillips’ house.

The things I too often take for granted! Though it is a bit tougher to toss my youngest (5) around; what a privilege to be able to do so - and I rejoice that you are able to take this huge step!
